No more wrist pain for days, these wraps are built to absolutely prevent injuries or pains especially when bench pressing or doing heavy weighted dips, they comfortably do the job! I don't work out without them, definitely recommend!

These are the perfect amount of support for me. I broke my wrist over a year ago and these really help stabilize and support not just with dead lifts but other exercises involving intensive wrist movement and strength. I am a 65-year-old woman and both wrists benefit hugely from these, not just the recovering one. Its excellent support without cutting off any circulation

I’ve had these for over a year, still work super well, are of good quality, provide a little extra support for some movements. I’ve used them as a means of extra support for bench and a few other lifts if I have a tendinitis flair up. Would buy again.
Got these the other day as I was experiencing a little bit of wrist pain when benching. Tossing these on and the stability was evident from the get go and no pain. Exactly what I needed to keep going!

Good quality give them a cupple days to get used to and don’t tighten them that much it usually doesn’t require being that tight
I have always used these. The last one that I just bought was a little disappointing. They normally last me for a few months, but the last one that I just got only lasted about a month hopefully this one treats me a lot better.

It works i sweated in my stomach area and my clothes fit looser! I couldnt believe the results Im getting . Im using it everyday when I go to work instead of sitting down I stand up do some stretching exercises when doing nothing. At home I workout at night before bed and more sweating. I think I use it a lot of wipe it with alcohol wipes after it may wear off sooner

I could of sized down from 2x to xl but overall good quality.
This item is very comfortable to use, the Velcro strength is strong, super easy to use and clean. I ordered a small and it fits great! I can't say it helps with back support but the compression does work. Once you start working out, you can feel the item get warm which means it is working.
Use it when working out and it definitely helps me sweat a bit more. Not sure if it shrinks the waist though.
